Leupold Golf Rangefinders without Custom Bundle.

I think the personal laser rangefinder is the single most valuable hunting tool to appear during my lifetime. The range finder has 4 readouts. Significant advancements have been made in the optical system.

I found that I leipold range deer from yards and trees from yards. I’ll try to re-explain this a bit, as you will likely only be using one of these many modes during any specific hunt or shoot.

I hope you find my articles helpful in your own shooting and hunting. The OLED technology has the distinct advantage of providing you with 3X greater light transmission than a traditional LCD display, so you can use the rangefinder in extreme low light conditions with ease.

Cost me more than one miss at deer and elk. How does waterproof, fogproof, and shockproof sound to you? Now, the rangefinder tells you how to compensate in inches, minute of angle, or milliradians for the shot at extended ranges.

With a magnification of 6x, this Leupold rangefinder gives you a wider viewing angle. The speed in which this rangefinder works is incredible.

That’s why they call them choices.

Leupold has put a lot of effort into this onboard software. Definitely worth the investment. This item doesn’t belong on this page. I like everything about this product. Virtually instantaneous readings are achieved.

Leupold, a name trusted for years and regarded as a leader in innovative quality optics. Manufactured in the USA, Leupold has very tight tolerances for their products, and takes pride in that. That was easily my favorite reticle on the last generation Leupold and that hasn’t changed in this one.

There are three tiers to what you select in this Leupold. The Nikons would also pick up closer objects that were just outside the reticle that I was not even aiming at. It instantly became my favorite laser rangefinder and has been on every hunt with me since then. Rangefinder works very well on deer and antelope out to plus yards.

With the True Ballistic Range, you have four readouts for rifle shooting:. A superb palm-sized rangefinder, ruggedly built, excellent battery life, excellent optics, blazingly fast range acquisition, weatherproof, lightweight, with essentially silent operation.

It has very bright, light gathering optics for low light conditions. Some people have commented that it would be better if it ranged further – not a problem I have encountered. Most of the earlier laser units were characterized by dim optics, dark and slow liquid crystal displays, whirling and clicking sound effects, poor battery life and bulkiness.

The updated electronics offer better accuracy within one-half yard and a faster display with a read-out to one tenth of one yard. Unfortunately, the display can sometimes be difficult to read in direct sunlight. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended.

This year, Leupold promised an even better version of the unit: This LRF is my personal favorite. True Ballistic Range means the horizontal distance to the target, the distance over which gravity works on your bullet. Let’s say you are big game hunting with a Mil-Dot scope. This rangefinder is packed with amazingly useful features, and is accurate to within a half a yard. People who bought this also bought.

If the shot is upward or downward, I know the bullet will hit a bit high, so I can hit the switch at yards with no hesitation or compensation and go pick him up.

Small light and reliable its been a joy to own. The number of inches or centimeters to hold over or under aim point on target.
